Human carcinoma cell lines of different origin like mammary, cervical, lung, ovarian, hepatic, kidney etc are obtained from National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS, Pune, India)are maintained and we can provide extensive experimental studies on application of any synthetic/nano drug/phytochemicals/synthetic drugs or other biomaterials over any cell line as required. We also provide chemical toxicity data over normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC).
We provide detailed training on high end fluorescence microscope which will help researchers and students to work independently regarding diagnosis of diseases as well as to find out the therapeutic potential of different drugs in curing the diseases. Basic and applied research using fluorescence microscope will be easier and commendable through the training process.
Moreover we provide support for preparation of slides and capturing fluorescence images of cells and tissues according to various requirements of different laboratories to detect the morphology as well as the expression pattern and localization of different signalling molecules (proteins).
